You can't improve what you don't measure. Two recent updates make it easy to see how your support is actually doing, without spreadsheets.
Ask for a rating, automatically
When a conversation closes, Xyra Chat can automatically ask the customer to rate their experience, CSAT or NPS, your choice. It's a one-tap rating link, and it works on every channel. Results roll up to a CSAT average and an NPS score in Settings → Inbox, so the signal is always one click away.

The new Analytics page brings the numbers that matter into one view:
- Conversation volume and message counts
- Bot replies and handoffs to a human
- Leads captured
- CSAT and NPS, over the last 7, 30, or 90 days
You can break volume down by channel to see where your conversations come from, and export your conversations to CSV whenever you need the raw data.
Use it to get better
Rating + analytics together close the loop: spot where handoffs spike, see which channels drive the most volume, and watch CSAT move as you tune your bots and saved replies.
