How do I connect my WhatsApp Business number?

Xyra Chat uses Meta's embedded signup, so you connect WhatsApp Business without leaving your dashboard. You'll need a phone number that isn't already active on the WhatsApp consumer or Business app.

Once connected, your number is verified with Meta and ready to send and receive messages in your unified inbox.

1. In your dashboard, go to Channels → WhatsApp → Connect.
2. Follow the Meta embedded signup and pick or add your business number.
3. Verify the number with the code Meta sends.
4. Send a test message to confirm it lands in your inbox.
