How do WhatsApp templates work and why do I need them?
Templates let you message customers outside the 24-hour window.
WhatsApp only lets you send free-form messages within 24 hours of a customer's last message. To start a conversation or reply later, Meta requires a pre-approved template.
You create templates in Xyra Chat and submit them to Meta for approval (usually quick). Approved templates can then be used for broadcasts and follow-ups.
